I didn’t become a coach because my life was perfect.
I became one because my life fell apart — and I had to rebuild myself from the inside out.
What I teach now wasn’t learned from books alone.
It was lived, practised, and embodied through one of the hardest chapters of my life.
For years, I lived in chronic anxiety, pain, and exhaustion.
Life felt overwhelming, unpredictable, and completely out of my control.
I was:
Constantly overwhelmed and spiralling
Living on takeaways and caffeine
Drained, anxious, and disconnected
Terrified of what people thought
Always last in my own life
Simple things felt enormous — walking my dog, answering the phone, even getting through the day.
On the outside, I looked like I was coping.
Inside, I felt lost.
A friend suggested a gratitude book.
I laughed.
Gratitude? For this?
But desperation makes you brave.
So I picked it up — and for the first time, I went deep into gratitude.
Not surface-level.
Not just lists.
A way of living that reached straight into my heart.
Quite quickly… something shifted.
I began focusing on what I had — and on what I had already been given freely in life.
My zest for living returned.
Gratitude didn’t just lift my mood — it pulled me out of depression.
I came off my antidepressants.
I began to smile again.
I felt alive again.
Anchoring gratitude into my life the Flawsome Way™ was life-changing.
It cracked me open — and what poured through became my Flawsome Awakening.
Back at work.
A Teams meeting.
Criticism for not being in the office.
Something in me finally stopped fighting.
I whispered,
“God, if you’re there… I don’t know what to do.”
And I heard — calm, clear, undeniable:
“JUST LEAVE.”
I didn’t have a plan.
I didn’t have savings.
But I had truth.
I resigned that day — not from impulse, but from deep inner knowing.
That moment wasn’t reckless.
It was alignment.
My transformation wasn’t instant — but it was real, practical, and lasting.
I learned how to:
Find peace even during ongoing challenges
Release the past instead of dragging it into today
Work with my mind instead of battling it
Shift from surviving on takeaways to nourishing my body
Build energy through food and movement I actually enjoyed
Stop fighting life and start flowing with it
Use simple mantras to shift my state quickly
Rebuild joy from the inside out
Become emotionally and spiritually grounded
Take full ownership of my life
I didn’t become perfect.
I embraced my Flawsomeness — and everything changed.
Because I know what it feels like to:
Lose yourself completely
Carry guilt, fear, and shame about the past and future
Crave peace more than success
Want change but not know where to begin
Long to be your authentic self but feel unsure how
Live in your mind, stressed and worried about what people think
Have no energy to live the life you deserve
And I also know — with absolute certainty — that transformation is possible.
It can happen faster than you think.
If any of this resonates with you, you are in the right place.
Peace, clarity, and confidence are not personality traits.
They are skills.
And they can be learned.
You’re tired of overthinking and emotional exhaustion
You want peace, confidence, and joy without fixing yourself
You’re open to gentle, practical inner work
You’re ready to take responsibility for your inner world
You want tools you can use in real life — not just ideas
You’re willing to practise small shifts that create big change
You don’t need to be “spiritual.”
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need curiosity and a willingness to begin.
My mission is simple:
To help women reclaim their birthright power of Flawsome Unf*ckwithableness — the Flawsome Way.
Gently.
Practically.
In real life.

Do I need to fix my past before this will help?
No. You don’t need to relive, analyse, or “heal” everything.
We focus on changing how you relate to your thoughts now — which naturally loosens the past’s grip.
What if I struggle with gratitude or joy right now?
That’s completely okay.
This isn’t about pretending everything’s fine.
You’ll learn grounded, realistic ways to access warmth and appreciation — even on difficult days.
Is this about accepting things and doing nothing?
No. Acceptance isn’t giving up.
It’s stopping the internal fight so you can respond with clarity and strength.
How is this different from positive thinking or mindset work?
This is practical, not motivational.
You won’t be told to override your feelings.
You’ll learn how to stabilise your inner state so real life feels more manageable.
I’m a people-pleaser. Will this change who I am?
No.
It helps you become more yourself — with boundaries that feel natural, not forced.
What if my happiness depends on my circumstances right now?
It can feel that way — but peace and happiness are skills.
You’ll learn how to create inner stability regardless of what’s happening around you.
I’ve lost confidence in myself. Can this still help?
Yes.
Confidence grows when you reconnect with who you already are — not by fixing flaws or pushing harder.
What if I feel nervous about change or being seen?
That’s normal.
Flawsome Coaching is gentle, supportive, and paced to meet you where you are.
